Swansea, which is located near Gower Peninsula, is the home of Dylan Thomas, the famous Welsh playwright. There is also an Egypt Center Museum in Swansea and it is filled with beautiful examples of Ancient Egyptian art. Swansea is very much a resort town, but there is quite a bit here that appeals to visitors.
